Delia addresses her audience from her perch at the top of the cherry tree. She is the official storyteller in residence (self-appointed) in the back garden, and puts on a daily performance at 11 am entitled The Dove from Above. Delia’s stories have a lot of twists and turns. The sparrows cannot follow the cooing and froing from the Dove from above, and soon disband to the safety of the privet, for their own excited version.
